Elena Song is a D360 Wealth Advisor and Vice President, Wealth Management Services at Destination Wealth Management (DWM). Elena enjoys over 16 years of experience with registered investment advisory firms from Burbank, CA to Bethesda, MD, and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Elena has an innate passion to help people. She is energized by working with her team to empower clients to have confidence and control in their financial lives. DWM’s caring approach to guiding clients runs congruent with Elena’s approach to working with her clients. Elena has a special appreciation for the importance of taxes to a client’s overall financial picture. She has an affinity for tax regulations as a means to enrich the holistic financial planning experience for her clients.

Elena is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, and a Master of Arts in Financial Economics. Elena spent four years on a U.S. diplomatic mission to Kampala, Uganda. Her experience there resulted in her ongoing commitment to help street orphans in Uganda. She is proficient in Russian and has an intermediate knowledge of Korean.

At home, Elena loves spending time with her husband, their son, and their Labrador, Rook. She enjoys gardening, history books, and travel. And, on any given Sunday, you can find her rooting for the Pittsburg Steelers.
